If you’re looking for a one-off consultation, I am not the right person for you. A one-off consultation is unlikely to give you the kind of support you need for longer term change, to get the results you really want. It takes time for your body to rebalance, for symptoms to disappear, and to see real lasting changes in your wellbeing. In order to achieve this, we need to build new healthy habits that stick, because if you go back to the way you were you will end up back at square one. This is why I start with 12 week bespoke package, and for more complex health issues or if long term support is needed we can work together for longer.

This is not an inexpensive undertaking. In addition to my fees, you will also need to budget for food expenses and potentially cover the costs of tests and supplements out of pocket. While I do make an effort to utilise the national health system testing and involve your primary care physician whenever possible, this may not always be feasible.
I understand the importance of managing expenses, and I am willing to work with you to maximise the value of your spending and prioritise essential aspects of your health. It is crucial that you allocate a portion of your budget towards your well-being. If faced with choices between investing in your health or other expenses, such as vacations, home improvements, or car upgrades, I strongly encourage you to prioritise your health as the most vital investment in your future well-being.

I understand that a quick-fix, 4-week programme with meal replacement shakes would be appealing. If only it were that easy! But in reality, health transformations require time, effort, and personalised approaches. It took a long time for you to get where you are now in-terms of your current health status, its going to take time to change that around.
For some, results can be seen within 2-4 week purely from the initial diet and lifestyle changes.
However, realistically the more complex, and unwell a person is, the longer this can take.
6-12 weeks: At this stage, positive changes begin to manifest, and we often observe improvements, which are also supported by laboratory results.
6 months: My target is to achieve a 50% improvement by the 6-month mark.
12 months: Depending on the initial goal, we aim to reach the desired health outcome within a year.
2 years: By this point, the objective is for you to have attained a state of well-being and be in a phase of maintenance.
The timeline outlined here is a general guideline. Each person's response varies, and some individuals may experience faster progress, while others may take longer to achieve their health goals. It is only by working together and monitoring your body's response that we can determine the most suitable plan for your unique journey to improved health.

This is one of the most frequently asked questions I encounter, and I completely understand why it's important to you. I want to emphasise that my approach is different from merely treating specific conditions. I focus on treating the individual, not just the disease, or symptom.
Whether I have experience with certain conditions (X or Y) or not, it doesn't impact the way I work or the outcome. My functional medicine and nutrition approach delves beyond the diagnosis, which provides valuable information about your symptoms but doesn't reveal the unique factors contributing to your health. In other words it does not tell me why. Understanding why your health is suffering is the key to supporting you to better health.
Each case is distinct and personal. I approach every individual with a fresh perspective, conducting thorough research to understand the underlying factors that have led to your current health status. This personalised approach enables me to develop a tailored treatment plan based on your specific needs and circumstances.
